Welcome to Kids Math Game — an educational app for children in LKG, UKG, Class 1, and Class 2, developed by InfoNixCloud.

We are fully committed to protecting children's privacy. This policy explains what information we store, how we use it, and your rights as a parent or guardian.

We do not collect:

• Personal identification (name, email, phone)
• Location data (GPS or IP-based)
• Device identifiers (IMEI, Advertising ID)
• Camera, microphone, or photo access
• Contacts or address book data
• Financial or payment information
• Analytics, behavioral tracking, or cookies
• Social media data

The following data is stored only on the child's device using Android SharedPreferences and is never sent anywhere:

All data is deleted permanently when the app is uninstalled or when you clear app data from Android Settings.

The app sends 2 daily reminders. These notifications are:

• Generated entirely on the device — no server involved
• Personalised using only the locally-stored name and score
• Fully controllable — ON/OFF toggle in the app's sidebar settings
• Never used for advertising or marketing

Internet permission is used only for:

• In-App Update Check — connects to Google Play to check for new versions. No personal data sent.
• Privacy Policy WebView — loads this page when tapped in settings.
• Google Fonts — downloads Nunito font on first launch only.

The app does not use internet for tracking, advertising, or data collection.

We do not use Google Analytics, Firebase, AdMob, Facebook SDK, or any analytics or ad service.

This app is designed for children under 13. We comply with:

• COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act — USA)
• GDPR-K (General Data Protection Regulation for children — EU)
• Google Play Families Policy

• We do not collect personal data from children
• We do not show advertisements
• We do not allow in-app purchases
• No social features, no external links (except this policy)

No camera, microphone, location, contacts, or storage permissions are requested.

All data can be permanently deleted by:

• Android Settings → Apps → Kids Math Game → Clear Data
• Uninstalling the app

No backup is retained anywhere after deletion.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the app or legal requirements. Updates will appear on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
